Project: The first commission for this lovable gardening and gift products company came in summer 2023, when they wanted to start redesigning their main product line; seed packages for gardening enthusiasts.
They asked me to develop a new layout concept that maintains a whimsical, friendly, natural look but with a more modern and quality style. Each seed package contained an image or generic illustration of its seed variety, but there was no consistency in the style and no real uniqueness.
So my job was not just to come up with the new packaging branding - which had to be adaptable enough to be used for all other product lines in the future - but also, to create a new plant illustration for each variety in a unified style.
The client was so happy with the result, that I soon collaborated with them again to overhaul all of their other main product lines, like themed seeds sets and mini-garden packs.
